The Black Panther is known to be the rarest cat on the planet as it is not a separate species, but a genetic mutation condition of a common leopard which occurs for one in thousands of individuals. For the past few years one individual black panther has made his home in a beautiful part of Nagarhole forest.
Yashas has been studying behaviour and movement patterns of this individual black panther for years and is capable of tracking him for you to see and photograph him in the wild.
On this expedition our main focus will be on the Black Panther and we will specifically stay focused on tracking him. Spending around six hours a day in his area on consecutive safaris should give us good chances of seeing and photographing the individual Black Panther of Kabini.
